The Story of Eddyline: Finding Calm in the Current of Life

The name “Eddyline” refers to the Line separating the fast flowing current in a river from the Eddy where the water slows, allowing kayakers to stop, rest, catch up, and celebrate their victories.  

We are a family-friendly, unpretentious and casual brewpub serving wood-fired pizzas and NZ’s best craft beers brewed right down the road.

Our pizzas are cooked in our wood-fired oven directly on the hot stones. We also have ice cream and a big selection of non-alcoholic drinks.

Fresh-Brewed Award Winning Craft Beers: Our brewery is located minutes away at 15 Elms Street. We have a state of the art brewery that is world leading in sustainability with CO2 reclamation, solar powered, and water savings. Our brewery produces nearly 4000L of Award-Winning Ales and Lagers at a time. We have been commercially brewing for nearly 20 years and have beers ranging from crisp and refreshing lagers to the boldest and hoppiest IPAs!
